My work enables food crops to autonomously biosynthesize Provitamin D3 (18.5 µg / 100g fresh serving, 100% adult RDA) and active Coenzyme B12 (3.5–4.5 µg / 100g, 150% RDA). Rather than complete loss-of-function knockouts that trigger severe vegetative dwarfism, we design kinetically tuned enzymatic attenuations that preserve 100% plant vigor and commercial yield. Constructs are verified against NCBI reference genomes and AlphaFold/ESMFold models. Operating as a fabless deep-tech venture, we partner with accredited bio-foundries to advance sustainable biofortification to field-ready harvests.
