Prof Adrian trained at Imperial College, London. Then Yale (director of the GI Surgical Research); Creighton (Prof, head of Physiology), Northwestern University (Endowed Chair). In 2006, he moved to the UAE as Prof/Chair of Physiology. Published more than 500 papers in in peer-reviewed journals.
