Yanjing Guo investigates plant physiology at the process level: photosynthetic electron transport, signaling for stress tolerance, and plant–microbe interactions. The lab uses fluorescence kinetics and structure-guided design to develop natural‑product‑inspired herbicides and resistance inducers for crop protection.
