Pollinlink: field safety and coordination platform for agricultural operations

PollinLink centralizes that information and puts it in front of the right people at the right moment. Chemical hazard status is visible on the field map and on every task assigned to that field. A grower field-entry approval workflow requires permission before any worker proceeds, adding a second layer of protection even when in-app warnings are missed. Automatically getting data from spray plane companies and other sources to help remove the manual entry step that creates gaps. Beyond chemical safety, the platform coordinates scheduling, task assignment, field mapping, and crew management across all roles operating in a field. Agronomists plan and assign work through the web app. Pollinators, roguing crews, and field workers receive and action their assignments through the mobile app. Everyone sees only what is relevant to their role. PollinLink has completed one full operational season and is currently in active Season 2 development, targeting deployment for the 2027 field season. It has been built in direct collaboration with Corteva, BASF, Bayer, and Nutrien, and is grant-funded through RDAR and Alberta Innovates.
