Constraint-based retrosynthesis tool for crop protection molecules (SaaS)

Our retrosynthesis tool plans how to make a target molecule under the constraints that matter in practice, not just on paper. You enter the molecule and the constraints you need to respect: a cost ceiling, which raw materials you can actually source, and, most importantly, a route that does not infringe existing patents. The tool then proposes synthesis routes that satisfy all of them at once, so the route your chemists take into the lab is one you can afford, supply, and legally use. Available now as a SaaS tool under a licence or paid pilot; we are also open to co-development or sponsored research to adapt it to a partner's molecule class, supplier network, or patent landscape.

About Entele

Entele is an AI company that develops physics-informed inverse design models to accelerate R&D for crop protection chemicals. By combining artificial intelligence with physical chemistry and molecular modeling, the company searches vast chemical solution spaces to identify candidates tailored to specific performance requirements. Traditional methods often rely on pattern recognition from historical data. Entele's approach instead proposes candidates based on fundamental physical and chemical laws, then validates them through laboratory experimentation. The result is a more systematic and efficient development workflow than conventional trial-and-error techniques.

The company focuses on the long development cycles common in crop protection R&D, applying its models to small-molecule discovery and formulation optimization to cut the time spent on research, synthesis, and characterization. Entele is research-intensive, pairing computational molecular discovery with physical lab testing to deliver compounds that meet real-world agricultural performance goals.
