Innovative pest control tablets using eggshell powder and citronella oil offer a sustainable alternative to synthetic pesticides. These tablets promise effective pest management while being environmentally friendly and safe for non-target species.
The proposed solution is a novel pest control method utilizing eggshell powder tablets infused with citronella oil. This innovative approach provides an environmentally friendly and safe alternative to traditional synthetic pesticides. Citronella oil, derived from Cymbopogan nardus, is known for its natural insect-repelling properties. Combined with eggshell powder, which serves as both a tablet filler and a potential soil fertilizer, this solution targets pests such as Aphis gossypii, Toxoptera aurantii, and Bemisia tabaci, offering effective pest management while minimizing environmental impact.
