All raw almond meats in California have to be pasteurized. They have to pass a log 5 reduction. My organic, Antimicrobial Solution that has FDA Approval will be going through the California Almond Board TERP program, to show that we can get a 5 log reduction or better. I have shown with my raw table olives that I had received a 7 log reduction with my organic liquid. I took some of my raw almonds meats and soaked them in my organic Antimicrobial Solution over night and then blended them all up together, and came up with my own almond milk that was done with no pasteurization. I took my almond milk to a lab and had them break down the content. I have then put together a milk chart to show my almond milk, Blue Diamonds almond milk, Whole milk, and Raw milk. You will be able to see which milk content in it and who adds how much minerals to theres. My GTW™ Almond Milk, did not have any Minerals added to it. Not only will I show that pasteurization is not needed, I will show how the cost will come down also. Maybe just a few drops of my organic, Antimicrobial Solution into raw milk is all it will need to go opnto the market and be safe to drink.
