Microbial technologies often face limitations when moving from lab to market due to poor scalability, inconsistent quality, or inadequate formulations. Atens addresses this challenge by focusing on microorganism-specific reproduction technologies, ensuring biological performance is preserved at industrial scale. We design tailored reproduction and production strategies for each microorganism, including fungi (such as Trichoderma and mycorrhizae) and bacteria (such as Bacillus spp.). Our capabilities include solid-state and liquid fermentation, strain-adapted propagation processes, and advanced formulation development (wettable powders, granules, liquids, and seed-treatment compatible formats) with a strong emphasis on viability, shelf-life, and field performance. Our industrial platform is supported by in-house microbiological and analytical expertise, including advanced microbial characterization and quality control, enabling consistent and reproducible production aligned with regulatory and commercial requirements. Atens has successfully industrialized multiple microbial technologies and collaborates with international partners through licensing, co-development, and manufacturing agreements.
