Macrophage targeting technology platforma with applications in gaucher disease, antiirals, antibacterials and radiopharmaceuticals for cancer theranostic

We have novel macrophage targeting molecules (MTMs) with evidence of specific biding to macrophages via a macrophage receptor, with several applications (1) Novel biologic candidates for Gaucher disease with evidence of 2X macrophage uptake compared to current biologic. (2) Antiviral against flaviviurses- Conjugates of MTMs with antivirals for eliminatedion of viruses inside macrophages. 25 novel conjugates in testing against macrophage infection model withe dengue virus DENV2. (3) Antibiotic against gram negative bacteria. Conjugates of MTMs with antibacterials for effevctive elimination of intra-macrophage bacteria, with evidence of 2 log kill of klebsiella pnenmoniae with our conjugate compared to no kill by the unconjugated antibiotic when tested at equimolar concentration in gentamicin protection assay. (4) Radiopharmaceutical thernanostic for diagnosis/treatement of cancer - Concept stage.
