Microdried Fruits, Vegetables and Dairy

Established in 2012 and headquartered in Nampa, Idaho, MicroDried is a food ingredient manufacturer specializing in dried fruits and vegetables. The company utilizes a proprietary, patented Radiant Energy Vacuum (REV) drying technology, which gently dehydrates produce without the use of added sugars, flavors, colors, or preservatives. This process aims to preserve the natural integrity, nutritional profile, color, and texture of the ingredients, resulting in ready-to-eat products that are clean-label, non-GMO, and allergen-free. As a division of the family-owned agri-business Wyckoff Farms, MicroDried leverages vertical integration to ensure quality control, transparency, and traceability from the field to delivery.

MicroDried serves food manufacturers and developers globally, providing versatile ingredients that include whole pieces, fragments, and powders for use in applications such as cereals, nutritional bars, and baked goods. By offering customized solutions—including specific moisture contents, textures, and sizes—the company assists partners in meeting evolving industry trends and consumer preferences for high-quality, nutrient-dense food components. Their facilities maintain rigorous food safety standards, holding certifications including BRC AA ratings and organic certifications, ensuring consistent production capacity and quality for their diverse portfolio of over 25 fruit and vegetable varieties.
