A natural lotion formulated with nettle extract, zinc, selenium, and rosemary essential oil to promote hair growth by affecting hormone metabolism and providing essential nutrients. Demonstrated effectiveness in initial trials, with plans for further validation.

Overview

This innovative solution offers a natural and effective approach to hair growth and hair loss reduction using bioactive compounds. The lotion is formulated with nettle extract, which affects hormone metabolism related to hair loss, and essential nutrients such as zinc and selenium to support hair follicle activity. Additionally, rosemary essential oil is included to further enhance hair growth. Initial trials have shown a significant increase in hair density after four weeks of use.

Technical specifications

The formulation comprises:

  • Nettle extract: Contains 3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran, which binds to plasma globulin, preventing testosterone and estrogen from contributing to hair loss.
  • Zinc and Selenium: Essential minerals that activate enzymes crucial for hair growth.
  • Rosemary essential oil: Known for its properties to intensify hair growth.

With these components, the lotion improves circulation and delivers necessary elements to the scalp, facilitating a healthier environment for hair growth.

Technology readiness level

Currently at Technology Readiness Level 3, this formulation has been proven effective in limited initial trials. Future plans include expanding the research to larger populations and scaling up production, particularly focusing on producing standardized extracts and fractions.
