Patented Portable Powder-Dispensing Technology for Personal Care Applications

No Sweat in My Step™ is a patented portable powder-dispensing technology developed to make personal-care powders easier, cleaner, and more discreet to use while away from home. The concept was originally inspired by the need for a more convenient way to manage moisture and friction during everyday activities, travel, exercise, and warm-weather conditions.

The technology is protected by U.S. Patent No. 10,543,499 B1, “Disposable Powder-Dispensing Bulb.” The patented device uses a compact, squeezable container that stores powder internally and dispenses it through a capped outlet/mister. Its slim, portable form factor is designed for convenient storage in a pocket, purse, gym bag, travel bag, or work bag.

Potential applications include body-care powders, foot-care powders, athletic-care products, travel-size personal-care products, moisture-management products, and other powdered consumer formulations. The dispensing platform may also provide an opportunity for established brands to differentiate existing powder formulations through a more portable and convenient delivery format.

A physical prototype has been developed, providing experimental proof of concept. The technology has not yet entered commercial production or formal market launch.

I am seeking established consumer-product, personal-care, packaging, or dispensing-technology partners interested in licensing, co-development, or pilot evaluation. Potential next steps may include design refinement, formulation compatibility testing, materials evaluation, manufacturability assessment, consumer testing, and development for scalable production.
