Company

RhinoMAP is Diag-Nose's molecular analysis and biomarker platform for characterising nasal fluid biology using multi-omics and machine learning approaches. It transforms standardised nasal fluid samples into molecular data that can be used to investigate disease biology, molecular endotypes and treatment response, supporting biomarker discovery, patient stratification and drug development. RhinoMAP's respiratory work spans asthma, COPD and chronic rhinosinusitis, with data generated across clinical programmes and Australian and US sites. Our platform includes IP-protected biomarker methods and panels, alongside proof-of-concept work extending into applications including infectious disease. We partner with pharma, biotech and diagnostics organisations through sponsored research, pilot studies, co-development and licensing, and can work with samples generated through ABEL or other compatible collection approaches.

About Diag-Nose.io

Diag-Nose.io is a biotechnology company founded in 2020 that develops precision medicine solutions for respiratory healthcare. The company utilizes a proprietary technology platform called RhinoMAP, which combines nasal liquid biopsies collected via their patented ABEL Microsampler device with advanced proteomics, computational biology, and AI-driven machine learning algorithms. This approach aims to decode the biology of the unified airway—the relationship between the lungs and nasal passages—to provide clinicians with actionable insights into respiratory disease progression and treatment efficacy, particularly regarding anti-Th2 biologics.

The company addresses significant gaps in traditional respiratory care, where treatment decisions are often based on subjective symptoms rather than molecular endotypes, frequently leading to ineffective therapies and prolonged patient distress. By enabling objective, omics-grade biomarker analysis, Diag-Nose.io seeks to reduce side effects, accelerate the development of new lifesaving medicines, and improve treatment adherence for conditions like chronic sinusitis and asthma. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, the company has secured FDA listing for its sampling device and completed the global Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) program, underscoring its commitment to bringing rigorous, data-backed precision tools to global clinical and research markets.
