Synthomeai
The SynthomeAI platform is based on algorithms originally developed at MIT and optimized for commercial applications at Decycle Bio. It considers a chemical of interest and generatively-explores de novo biosynthesis pathways (never before seen in nature). Thousands of such pathways are triaged using a variety of computational metrics. Priority pathways are screened using cell-free protein synthesis and data generated for both individual enzymatic steps and full pathways are fed back into the platform for reinforcement learning.
Our goal in each project is to deliver high efficiency cell-free biocatalysis processes that can achieve price-parity with petrochemical suppliers. We operate the platform for both internal product development and through joint development with government and commercial partners.
