Jackson College

Jackson College is a public community college serving about 7,900 students across four locations and online, with a practical, access-oriented character. Its Applied Technology Center and advanced manufacturing facilities provide employers with a regional venue for hands-on, equipment-based workforce preparation. Corporate and Continuing Education works with companies on customized training, apprenticeships, industry credentials, and employer-sponsored learning, while medical simulation facilities support practice-based preparation for health professionals. The college has also received competitive federal support, including from the National Science Foundation.
