Lampung University

Universitas Lampung is a large public research university in Bandar Lampung and the oldest and largest higher-education institution in Lampung Province, with a broad, regionally engaged character. An integrated laboratory and technology innovation unit gives external partners a university platform for collaborative research, technical work, and early-stage innovation. Its research and community-service institute coordinates partnerships, while the university’s location in Sumatra connects corporate R&D teams with provincial government, agricultural, and industrial networks. Research is supported through competitive programs of Indonesia’s Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology, with additional national collaboration involving BRIN. A dedicated intellectual-property center supports patent protection and the development and commercialization of university-generated innovations.
