National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) is Indonesia’s consolidated government research organization, integrating multi-disciplinary institutes and large-scale facilities under one mission-driven umbrella. For industry, it provides shared-use labs, prototyping and testbeds, standardized pathways for sponsored research, and access agreements for instrument time. Regional branches and field stations enable pilots in operational environments and facilitate engagement with regulators and local partners. Research is primarily funded by the Government of Indonesia and complemented by competitively awarded international collaborations.
