Oxford Brookes is a large, modern public university with around 15,500 students and an applied, outward-facing research culture. Its Oxford campuses connect companies with academic and technical expertise through consultancy, collaborative research, specialist equipment access, and Knowledge Transfer Partnerships that embed graduate talent in business. The Headington Campus Enterprise Centre and Bioinnovation Hub provide office, co-working, and laboratory space for start-ups, with access to Oxfordshire’s innovation ecosystem. Research is supported by UK Research and Innovation, including Innovate UK, other research councils, government, industry, charitable trusts, and international funders.
