University of Qatar

Qatar University is a comprehensive national public research university in Doha with a growing research enterprise and a regionally engaged mission. A centralized research complex and shared core labs enable collaboration, contract testing, and prototype development, while on‑campus liaison teams streamline sponsored agreements and facility access. Integration with the national hospital system supports clinically anchored studies, and proximity to major energy and logistics hubs makes it a practical partner for field trials and deployment. Research is supported by the Qatar National Research Fund and other government programs, with additional backing from international partners and industry; a dedicated technology transfer office manages IP and licensing and supports startup formation.
