My Research has focused on flavor chemistry.
About
Due to years in the discipline, my work has covered nearly all flavor research techniques. My work has been very applied in nature addressing current needs of the industry. I have graduated 68 MS/PhD students and authored just shy of 250 papers. This work has largely been funded by industry.
