As the CEO and Director of TranslaTale Biosystems for over three years, I have been leading our biotech startup with a mission to revolutionize drug discovery by targeting mRNA translation, one of the most challenging areas in the pharmaceutical industry. With a focus on pre-clinical development, business analysis, and team building, I have built a dedicated team of scientists and business associates to create a first-in-class mRNA translation screening and discovery platform aimed at addressing unmet medical needs. I have led our efforts in incubation programs such as at C-CAMP, Wadhwani Foundation and IIMB-NSRCEL, to refine our business strategies, enhance financial planning, and implement compliance measures to ensure our readiness for investor and customer engagement.
