Professor Henrique Marques de Souza is a molecular biologist specializing in RNAi, gene editing, genomics, gene expression, and microbiology. Leading research at UNICAMP and HMS Agroscience, he focuses on developing sustainable, highly specific bioinputs for the control in critical agricultural pests and diseases. This work has resulted in patented technologies and proven commercial potential, with advancements consistently progressing through TRLs 7-9.
