About
Conventional small RNA-seq is limited by the inability to resolve complex RNA modifications, leaving a massive gap in our understanding of the small non-coding RNA (sncRNA) landscape. MesoRNA closes this gap with MSR-seq, a NGS prep method licensed from the University of Chicago. Unlike traditional methods, MSR-seq utilizes unique hairpin adapter chemistry to capture the entire sncRNA system in a single library. This enables the simultaneous measurement of RNA expression, modifications, charging and fragmentation, with unprecedented success. As a global service provider, MesoRNA has already empowered dozens of international institutions and companies.
