About
Judy Yang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geo-Engineering at the University of Minnesota. She earned her Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from MIT in 2018 and was a postdoctoral researcher at Princeton University from 2018 to 2020. Her research group designs multiscale experiments, including microfluidics and flume studies, to understand how microbes influence sediment transport and water quality. She has received the NSF CAREER Award and the McKnight Land-Grant Professorship. https://yang.cege.umn.edu/
