About
I'm a bioengineer with a PhD in nanomedicine and 3+years of postdoctoral work at the University of Pennsylvania developing microfluidic platforms for drug delivery. My expertise spans lipid nanoparticle and extracellular vesicle formulation, cell-membrane-coated nanocarriers, and mechanoporation-based cell engineering for applications including cancer therapy, nanomedicine, microfluidics. The problem I work on is the translation gap in nanomedicine: most delivery systems that succeed at the bench fail on scale-up, because batch synthesis produces heterogeneous particles that can't meet clinical reproducibility standards. My work uses engineering and microfluidics to make nanocarrier production continuous, tunable, and scalable, turning promising formulations into manufacturable products.
