Proprietary platform for converting end-of-life tires into advanced materials

Arabian Renewables is developing a proprietary, continuous industrial platform that converts end-of-life tires into recovered carbon black, tire pyrolysis oil, silica, zinc, steel, and fibers.

The process integrates tire conversion, purification, mineral recovery, automation, and digital process control to improve material recovery, product consistency, and environmental performance. AI is planned for process optimization, predictive maintenance, quality control, and materials formulation development.

The technology has undergone laboratory and engineering validation with international industrial technology providers. We are now preparing our first commercial-scale smart factory in Saudi Arabia and advancing patent protection.
