Discover a cutting-edge solution for increasing the efficacy and sustainability of polar pesticides. Utilizing zwitterionic nanocarriers and radical scavengers, this technology improves pesticide adherence, retention, and photostability, reducing environmental impact.
This advanced technology leverages zwitterionic nanocarriers to enhance the deposition, retention, and stability of polar pesticides on plant surfaces. By employing favorable electrostatic interactions between the nanocarriers and the negatively charged epicuticular wax layers of plants, this solution effectively increases pesticide adherence. Additionally, radical scavengers incorporated into the formulation mitigate UV-induced degradation, significantly extending the photostability of active ingredients. This results in an overall boost in pesticide efficacy, reduced off-target losses, and decreased environmental burden, aligning with modern sustainable agriculture practices.
