One bioos — biological operating system for biomarker-based personalized health intelligence

ONE BioOS is a product-in-market Biological Operating System that transforms blood biomarkers, biometrics, nutrition, medications, goals, and lifestyle data into personalized health intelligence. Powered by the OPL® Engine, ONE interprets biological state across cardiometabolic health, GLP-1 support, performance, cognitive/neurological health, recovery, and prevention. The platform generates user-facing reports, provider-readable summaries, meal plans, grocery guidance, SMS accountability, concierge recommendations, and goal-tracking insights.

ONE is currently live as a mobile app on iOS and Google Play, with bloodwork upload, biomarker interpretation, nutrition planning, and AI coaching already deployed. We are seeking partnerships with labs, health systems, GLP-1/metabolic clinics, corporate wellness groups, insurers, and research organizations for pilot programs, licensing, co-development, and sponsored research. Ideal pilots would evaluate how ONE improves biomarker comprehension, patient engagement, adherence, follow-up testing, nutrition alignment, and preventive health decision-making over a 60–90 day period. We are open to collaborations involving de-identified biomarker datasets, clinical workflow integration, FHIR/HL7 pathways, lab-report interpretation, and population-level health intelligence.
