Overview & Value Proposition We offer a robust discovery and development pipeline for high-affinity DNA/RNA aptamers targeting cell-surface biomarkers, membrane proteins, and virulence factors in infectious and tropical pathogens. Our synthetic biorecognition elements serve as high-stability, cost-effective alternatives to monoclonal antibodies for integration into rapid diagnostic tests and point-of-care (PoC) platforms.

Core Capabilities & Technology

Aptamer Selection & Optimization: Bio-SELEX methodology coupled with in silico structural modeling and docking to isolate highly specific oligonucleotide ligands.

Assay Development & Validation: In-house validation using Enzyme-Linked Oligonucleotide Assays (ELONA), Aptablotting, and microplate-based binding assays for analytical sensitivity and specificity profiling.

PoC Integration Readiness: Design of adaptable aptamer probes compatible with point-of-care prototypes, strip-based assays, and partner-developed biosensor platforms.

Proof of Concept & IP Pipeline

Granted Intellectual Property: Patented DNA aptamer technology for parasite surface recognition and diagnosis (Mexican Patent MX 432261 B).

Active R&D Pipeline: Ongoing development of novel diagnostic aptamer panels across human and veterinary applications, including amebiasis, clinical biomarkers, and reproductive diagnostics.

Partnership & Co-Development Focus We seek industrial partners, biotech firms, and diagnostic developers interested in licensing target-specific aptamers, co-developing PoC diagnostic devices, or sponsoring tailored Bio-SELEX discovery projects for emerging infectious targets.
