My research investigates how computational interpretation of histology can improve pathologic diagnosis, prognostication, and treatment prediction, and how these tools can advance our understanding of disease. My work has touched different areas including hematopathology, neuropathology, and genitourinary and breast pathology. I also have interests in digital pathology implementation, operationalizing AI tools, open source software, and high performance computing.
